    Terrible customer service - very disappointing

    I ordered and paid for a head cover to be delivered for a friends birthday. The product looked great online. However, the experience that followed was less than ideal.

    I received a confirmation email and tracking number.

    After many days of trying the tracking number to no avail I contacted the support email. No reply.

    I chased up again and got a response that there was infact none in stock.

    This would have been fine if:
    - the store showed sold out or;
    - I was contacted after purchase that they will sold out or;
    - I did not receive and pay for shipping and tracking and receive a number that was not valid.

    Overall, quite disappointing, hoping the product is better (and my friend forgives me for missing his birthday).

    we ordered a club cover, the order was a bit mislaid, but they very quickly sent it, along with small gift as apology for slight delay - great customer recovery. Great to buy off a local NZ shop, keep it local.
